Poster Presentation
The top three projects in each category selected as award nominees are requested to bring a professional poster of their project for exhibition during the awards reception and educational conference. The submitting author for each nominated project will receive a notification e-mail by February 15, 2011 providing additional information.
The nominee will be responsible for getting their poster to and from the awards event, and assistance with poster display setups (easels, clips and foam to mount the poster) will be provided. The poster will remain the property of the nominee.
